Band of Outsiders designer Scott Sternberg has a knack for creating timeless, understated pieces that few can afford, and even fewer can fit into. In keeping with this tradition, Mr. Sternberg has launched his latest collection titled "No Bunk, No Junk," set to hit six Barneys locations just in time for the holidays. Inspired by a vintage Barneys matchbook (see below), Sternberg has created a line of paired-down, black-and-white basics that function in any environment...providing the wearer doesn't mind being a little playful. "You can get a little campy, it's the holidays, you know," says Sternberg. With pieces ranging from a corduroy black suit to a near-perfect plaid shirt to a black leather Harrington Jacket, you'll surely run into a few of these select pieces at your upcoming holiday soirees. While prices are still unavailable, it's safe to say that this collection will keep many men away from that extra slice of pumpkin pie.
